1. Raise to Wake
This is a new feature of iOS 10, It works exactly as it sounds. Pick up your phone for lock screen . This feature only available for new models like iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE If you need, you can disable it by Settings app.
2.Some stock apps removed.
With iOS 10 you can uninstall some of the stock apps like Contacts, Maps, Podcasts.... Tap and hold then you can see small small cross button. You can reinstall this apps using iTunes later.

4. Use of siri with apps in iOS 10.
Some Apps already integrate some of siri functions for their iOS 10 build. In near future there will be lots of third party apps integration of siri function of their apps.

With the new intelligent picture processing features of iOS 10, The Photos app can more faster and easily find whatever you search.
10. Change the brightness of Flash light.
In iOS 10, pull up the Control Center, then hard press the flashlight icon for the intensity menu. With this menu you can chose low to high intensity levels of flash light.
